Shipping & Returns
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Versatile Power before a power supply may be returned for repair.
Contact Versatile Power Customer Service at 408-341-4600 option 2 to obtain an RMA number.
When requesting an RMA please provide the following information:
A description of the problem
Please include the RMA number with the unit being returned. Units must be well packaged when shipping to Versatile Power; the repair of any damage incurred during shipping is not covered by warranty and will be charged to the customer.
Return all units to Versatile Power with pre-paid shipping.
For warranty repairs, Versatile Power covers the cost for return shipment to the customer via ground transportation to locations in the domestic US and Canada. For out-of-warranty repairs, overnight shipments and shipments to other countries please contact Versatile Power Customer Service for shipping fees.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
